Therefore since 2010, health and physical education curriculum aims at educating the younger generation to develop a sense of personal and social responsibility by engaging in healthy and sustainable physical activity so as to contribute to the well-being of the community, the environment and the society at large.

Physical Education has been until recent years a non-examinable subject in secondary schools. It was introduced as an examinable subject at SC and HCS levels with a wide curriculum focusing on strong foundations in scientific fields such as physiology, nutrition, biomechanics and psychology which inform what we understand about healthy, safe and active choices.

The subject was introduced at Windsor College Girls in Form 1V in 2012. It is to be noted that students may choose between several components, amongst others athletics, Tennis Table, swimming, volleyball, hill walking, dances and aerobics. So any student may study the subject.
