DEPARTMENTS
The school is comprised of several academic departments which are chaired by the rector. The duties, importance and power of these departments are clearly laid out.

Heads of Departments hold frequent meetings with their staff.

The Heads of Departments take note of the reports prepared by the respective teachers and discuss related issues during the meetings. A provisional work-plan for each subject is prepared or adjusted if it already exists and submitted to the rector for approval in the light of fresh information available from the teaching staff.

The adopted work-plan is then put into practice and coordinated by Head of departments.

Weekly feedbacks from the teaching staff to their immediate supervisors are essential to monitor the work-plan progress and review. Thus communication is not only vertical but also lateral. Recorded minutes are available for future references.
